As a valued customer, we want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return them to us within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that this offer excludes personalised items and therefore, only non personalised items can be returned.


Undamaged items must be returned to our workshop address in fully undamaged condition.

Items broke on receipt will need to be photographed and emailed to customerservice@plattersslate.com
